      Prism Sound ADA-8XR è un convertitore multicanale AD/DA che può vantare molteplici sistemi di configurazione avvalendosi di moduli plug-in per venire incontro alla più ampia gamma possibile di esigenze professionali. All’occorrenza può comportarsi come un convertitore AD a 16 canali, come un convertitore DA a 16 canali oppure come un AD/DA a 8 canali.

      Oppure, attraverso l’utilizzo di schede di espansione intercambiabili, può trasformarsi in un interfaccia FireWire, oppure in un convertitore analogico/digitale o digitale/analogico con supporto multiformato AES/EBU/AES3/SPIDF. È inoltre in grado di operare come un’interfaccia PRO TOOLS ad alta risoluzione per applicazioni di recording e post produzione. Similmente, con la stessa facilità di adattamento alle più diverse situazioni, si può integrare perfettamente con un ampia gamma di applicazioni DAW, tra cui Logic, Cubase, Nuendo ed altre.
