      Solid State Logic E-Series Dynamics Module

      Il modulo E-Series Dynamics per rack serie 500 riproduce le caratteristiche timbriche della sezione di dinamica VCA del banco SL 4000 E. Comprende un compressore/limiter e un expander/gate, e la circuitazione di entrambi riprende fedelmente il design e i componenti della channel strip SL 611 E originaria. Il side chain contiene un convertitore RMS, mentre il design del modulo di guadagno è a componenti discreti e identico al chip VCA in classe A presente nel 4000 E. Il compressore ha alcune funzioni aggiuntive che consentono di sostituire la curva logaritmica originaria con una curva di risposta più lineare. Il risultato è un compressore con tre voci ben distinte, ognuna con una personalità timbrica particolare.
