      • Transparent and defined sound that packs a punch in the mix.
      • Valve compression in the style of the legendary Fairchild 670
      • T-bar modification:
        • The first VariMu used 6386 valves, which later had to be replaced due to supply problems.
        • This modification allows the 6386 valve colour on your VariMu with the current valves.
        • Replaces the 5670 valve of the current standard models with 2 6bA6 valves.
        • Installation of a special insert is required .
        • If you don’t tighten the inlet and GR the difference to the ‘normal’ one is not so noticeable.
        • Different behaviour in Limiting, faster attack and less squashed sound.
      • SideChain high-pass filter at 100Hz included as standard.
      • 2 independent channels that can be linked for stereo via Link switch.
      • 5 valves per channel (2x 6bA6, 12AX7, 5687 and 12AL5).
